  A & W is a great restaurant for a fast food place.
  
  They have exceptional breakfast food right from their bacon & egger sandwiches, a full eggs and bacon breakfast, and even hot cakes. Good coffee to.

  Manager seems to be putting in effort to improve things. My last couple experiences were pretty awful but the manager had called me when I put in a complaint and she seems very sincere I make her feel like she is trying to improve things. I would maybe hold off a month or two before going but I do believe it could be a much better restaurant soon

  Bun was stale and dry, fries were limp and soggy. Ambient temperature was so cold that my kids had to go outside to warm up. Messed up our take-out order so I had to drive back across town to get them to fix it. They "fixed it" by handing me the forgotten chicken strips that had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes and claiming the reason the original order was incorrect was because they were too busy... but we counted 4 staff and 4 customers during the original order... how is that too busy? On the upside, staff were pleasant and courteous and the root beer is always decent.

  Always seems to be a long wait when there shouldn't be...employees don't seem to have a fast pace attitude.
